Below are some of the local farms that we will be featuring in our 3-course menus that showcase local produce and other local farm specialties at the absolute pinnacle of their freshness. Be sure to check back throughout the season as we add more farmers to our list.
Andrew Stout and Wendy Munroe started Full Circle Farm in 1996 with just 3 acres and a belief in the importance of farms to the local Community. Today, the farm operates on 260 acres and provides more than 75 varieties of certified organic fruits and vegetables, such as lettuce, herbs, beets and carrots.

Nash Huber has farmed the Dungeness Valley using organic methods for over 25 years and is considered one of Washington’s organic pioneers. On nearly 400 acres, Nash and crew provide us with over 100 varieties of fruits and vegetables, including cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, strawberries and leafy greens.

This family farm owned by brothers Rich and Greg Rasmussen uses innovative farming practices like drip irrigation and field greenhouses to grow over 1,200 acres of vegetables. They are the largest shipper of fresh mixed vegetables in the Northwest.

Jerry and Janelle Stokesberry raise organic chickens and turkeys on their 5-acre farm in Olympia. These animals are raised roaming free in organic (chemical-free) pastures and treated with care and dignity throughout their lives. |
