Here is your chance for pure cheese indulgence. Join us each week for complimentary cheese tastings, a special five-course cheese dinner and limited-time innovative cheese creations.

Wednesdays, 4-6pm
Join us as we showcase local artisan cheese makers, celebrate regional and international cheeses, and offer up a tempting array of dishes highlighting the many flavors of cheese. Learn about wine and cheese pairings each week as we offer you samples of international, national and local cheeses with regional wines to match.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 4-6pm
International Cheeses* – Taleggio, Manchego, Pierre Robert and Queso de la Serena – complemented by European wines
Domaine de Cristia Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Rhone, France
Felsina Chianti Classico, Tuscany, Italy

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30, 4-6pm
National Cheeses* – Point Reyes Original Blue, Red Hawk, Big Holmes and Little Holmes – accompanied by American wines

River Valley Ranch Washington Cheeses* – Tipsy Cow, Rancher Rob’s pepper jack and Wild West mozzarella – paired with local sauvignons
